  The service is very friendly. Sometimes too friendly though, hence the 4 stars. I think an employee should be engaging, but should fall short of chatting with customers to the point that a line builds. This place seems to be under new management in the last few months, and it seems like they come from a different industry, because they are all bizarrely engaging to the point of it feeling like a game cult. The store always has a decent selection though.

  They're always so nice and helpful. The store is clean, it's a little small, but it's packed full of everything you could want. My favorite GameStop in the Charleston area. Great staff
